FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
These questions help clients quickly assess fit, engagement model and preparation for the next discussion.01Are all products in Partner Showcase official partners?
Not necessarily. Partner Showcase separates product categories NP can evaluate, combine and integrate from formal authorized partner relationships. When a formal partner claim is made, authorization notes, product links and cooperation boundaries should be provided.
02Why not recommend one fixed product directly?
Multinational companies in China often have different system boundaries, compliance needs, process maturity and local touchpoints. NP starts from the scenario before selecting the product mix.
03Can partner products integrate with SAP, Oracle, CRM or WeCom?
They can be evaluated as part of the solution. The decision depends on API readiness, data ownership, permission control, approval requirements and future support ownership.
